Learn from the best on and off the field! Join us for an on-field skills session with our coaching staff followed up with sit down presentations from each coach. Our talks aim to provide real take away value for each participant that they can implement to either improve their performance on the field or help get seen to get to the next level whether that be high school, college or a select team.

Each coach comes from a different rugby journey and experience; we look to share those stories so you can understand what it takes to achieve success and what rugby at the top level in America truly looks like. Each talk will be centered around something each player (or parent) can take home and implement right away. Topics included Optimal Gameday Nutrition, Building A Rugby Resume, How To Get Recruited For College Rugby, Train Like A Rugby Player. The session will end with a Q&A with all coaches.

All participants will receive a video recording of the presentations and in-season training template sent to the email provided after the event.
