The BBB Winter Rugby Training Program is a high-performance, rugby-specific off-season program designed to build stronger, faster, more resilient athletes ahead of the spring season. Held at BodyByBrzoski HQ in Norwalk, this 11-week program blends proven strength and conditioning principles with on-field rugby skill development to elevate each athlete’s game.

Athletes train in small groups to ensure individualized coaching, proper technique, and an environment that pushes them to improve every week. The program focuses on increasing speed, explosiveness, strength, mobility, and movement quality—while teaching the rugby-specific skills and physical qualities required for elite performance.

In addition to improving athleticism, the program emphasizes injury prevention, helping athletes enter the spring season healthier, more confident, and better prepared to handle the demands of the sport.

Training Schedule

High School Girls:
Monday & Wednesday — 3:30–5:00 PM

High School Boys:
Tuesday & Thursday — 3:30–5:00 PM

Middle School Boys & Girls:
Tuesday & Thursday — 5:00–6:30 PM

All groups are capped at small group sizes to ensure quality coaching and individualized attention.
